As night fell, the candles representing the 82 troops who died in Iraq were extinquished as the names were read. Men and women from ages 19 to 53...gone. There should have been candles for all the Iragi citizens killed too - but there wouldn't have been room on the little field for so many. And we would still be there reading their names.
